A comprehensive evaluation of the schools in Pelham resulted in the passage of a major bond for renovations, additions, and improvements throughout the district.  Most of the funding was for significant improvements at the high school with additional work at selected elementary schools:

• Library Media Center Renovation

• Music Department Renovation

• Renovation of classrooms, corridors, toilet rooms

• Faculty Department Resource Centers

• Exterior improvements (slate roof replacement, masonry restoration, new windows)

• MEP & F/A systems

• Site and field improvements

• Library media centers

• Elevators

• MEP systems upgrades
