Ken Pojman is an exceptional project manager. He provides technical oversight for many of the firm’s projects, including existing building assessment, construction detailing, develop-ment of specifications, and cost estimate analysis. He plays an integral role in con-struction administration, and is known for his ability to interact effectively with construction managers and contractors.

In addition to his role as a project manager, Mr. Pojman conducts quality control reviews for projects developed by other in-house architectural teams, as needed.
Prior to joining Peter Gisolfi Associates, Mr. Pojman was employed by the IBM Corporation’s Real Estate and Construction Division in White Plains where he was responsible for office interior design projects.
